The Guangxi Zhiguang Furniture Group Co., Ltd. Liudong R&D Center will be located in the Liudong Production Base of Guangxi Zhiguang Furniture Group in Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. It is adjacent to the Guangxi Zhiguang Creative Design Industrial Park (planned construction) to the north, and is approximately 19 kilometers from Liuzhou City. SAIC-GM-Wuling is located to the north, and Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile to the southwest. Transportation is convenient, and surrounding urban facilities are complete. The center covers an area of approximately 40 mu (approximately 2.67 hectares), with a planned investment of 100 million yuan. It will be developed and constructed in two phases. Phase one includes two modern furniture manufacturing plants and one research and office building (i.e., the Liudong Zhiguang R&D Center). Phase two includes the Guangxi Zhiguang Creative Design Industrial Park. The Liudong R&D Center will actively explore the development direction and trends of office spaces, home furnishings, and whole-house decoration in the context of the ever-increasing influence of the Internet of Things, AI, and big data networks, enhancing design innovation capabilities and integrating the entire process from concept to design, R&D, manufacturing, and Brand promotion.
